Our Rent to Own Program allows you to have storage in your backyard or at your business with little money upfront and affordable monthly payments. There is no credit check. Our program is a simple month to month contract. In addition, you can pay the building off at any time with no pre-prepayment penalty. For those customers with the money needed to buy our building outright, buying is a simple transaction. For our customers who don’t want to pay cash, we make it easy to get into a rent to own shed. With NO credit checks, all you have to do is pay a small security deposit plus the first month’s rent, and we’ll deliver a building to your location (if within 50 miles of a dealer, it is FREE $3. per mile past the first 50 miles) From then on, you pay monthly rent for 36 or 48 months and the building is yours!

In addition, you can pay the building off at any time with no per-prepayment penalty. You won’t find a cheaper or more attainable Rent-to-Own plan anywhere. The rent-to-own rental agreement is on a month to month basis, meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at anytime for any reason.
